Drawing on both Occupational Therapy and Yoga Teacher training, these sessions provide a safe, supportive and individualised approach to movement, mindfulness and nervous system regulation.
1:1 sessions may support:

Workplace Wellbeing Sessions
Supporting healthier, more connected workplaces through movement, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation.
At R. M. W. Therapies, we offer workplace wellbeing sessions designed to help staff manage stress, prevent burnout, improve focus, and support overall wellbeing.
Drawing on both Occupational Therapy and Yoga training, our sessions combine evidence-informed wellbeing strategies with practical tools that staff can easily integrate into their daily lives.
Sessions are inclusive, accessible, and suitable for all experience levels. No yoga experience, activewear, or special equipment is required.

There is no pressure to perform, no expectation to be flexible, and no need to keep up with anyone else. We encourage you to move at your own pace, honour your body's needs, and come exactly as you are.
