Hi, I'm Roslyn.
I'm an Occupational Therapist, Yoga Teacher and the founder of The Grounded Collective.
I created this community because I know how easy it is to spend life moving from one task to the next without ever slowing down enough to care for ourselves.
Through my work as an Occupational Therapist, I've seen how powerful gentle, consistent practices can be in supporting our nervous systems, reducing stress and helping us reconnect with what matters most.
The Grounded Collective brings together my love of yoga, mindfulness, breathwork and occupational therapy to create a space where you can simply arrive as you are.

Not at all. Every practice is designed to be gentle, accessible and welcoming, whether it's your first yoga class or you've been practising for years. You'll always be encouraged to move in a way that feels right for your body.

Every live class is available to replay for 24 hours. After that, it's added to the growing Replay Library, so you can return to it whenever you need.

Our practices are designed to fit into real life.
Morning Grounding Rituals — 30 minutes
Evening Practices — 45 minutes
Guided Meditations — 20–30 minutes
There are also shorter practices throughout the Replay Library if you only have 10–15 minutes.
